Absa Deceased Estates: Failing dismally!!!

Do not pay attention to their response when they say they have made contact privately. I got an email from a Russell Edward's from Absa regarding my complaint but nothing came of it. I sent the documents that was asked of me but nothing has been resolved. Absa just like changing CEO's every second of the day us a disaster!
