WHY does it take (on average) 12 minutes to get to a "consultant" only to get a generic reply like "we are inundated"/ short staffed/ "will escalate"?! Surely this is a sign of a lack of capacity or capability or training or just BAD SERVICE!! Trying to follow up on a matter outstanding since 20 JUNE !!!!!!!!
