ABSA deceased estates administration

I truly wish I could give less than one star rating. ABSA rescinded on my late mother’s estate but submitted the relevant paperwork to the master’s office in JHB. This all happened in March last year. To date, despite multiple visits myself to the master’s office plus paying a separate messenger to try and assist it seems that ABSA has not submitted the paperwork at all. Over a month since the manager of the department confirmed that they would have their messenger collect the relevant paperwork on my behalf…

Numerous follow ups literally begging for feedback or assistance. Not even the courtesy to respond on their behalf. PATHETIC!!!
