ABSA Deceased Estates adds to your pain and suffering
My father passed away in December 2020. I only received correspondence from Nthabiseng Tsheole on 29 January 2021 with a list of required documents.
Since then communicating via telephone or email with Nthabiseng has been nothing but unprofessional and very frustrating as she has still not responded to my emails, not sent all the required documentation and contacted me twice telephonically.
I have contacted the regional manager, Sherine Jansen via telephone and email and have also not received any correspondence from her either.
I am still waiting for ABSA to present a copy of the title deed of the house.
My father has been a loyal client of ABSA for many years (I have lost count of the years) and this is the service we should receive?
I have approached my attorney and am willing to engage the Master of the High Court regarding removing ABSA as the executor should this level of service continue.
I will DEFINITELY ENSURE THAT NONE OF MY FAMILY MEMBERS AND FRIENDS APPOINT ABSA AS THE EXECUTOR OF THEIR RESPECTIVE ESTATES.
Thank you for bringing this unfortunate matter/incident to my attention and please accept my sincere apology. Please be advised that an email has been sent to you requesting information. Once received, we will investigate further.
