ABSA Deceased Estates

Getting hold of and getting anything done by the deceased estate. I am appalled by the lack of service or even response from the deceased estate offices. I have been trying to wind up my Fathers estate for almost three years and the only outstanding item is ABSA closing his accounts and transferring the little funds he had available to the estate. I have tried numerous times to call them, email them and this is after the estate manager having also tried countless times over years, not even days or months.
