ABSA Deceased Estate - shocking service

I can only agree with Pieter G who complained 2 years ago for the same thing I am experiencing. January 24th I followed up with the ABSA Deceased Estate department on the progress of transferring my later mothers funds into an account for me to distribute to my siblings as per my mothers will. I was informed that on the 20th January that it was submitted as a matter of urgency and that it would be a week. So I left it for 2 weeks and then called back on the 3rd February, only to be told that it was going through the FICA process with noting else to share with me. What does urgent mean? My mother passed more that a year ago now, she has no accounts or any debts to settle, yet week after week I recieve zero assistance. This department is no better than the master of the courts. One would be adamant that ABSA too was a government department. I certainly would be ashamed to work for a bank like this, that hasn't bother to up their game for 2 years since Pieter G complained about the same thing. I'm really hoping that I too get a response from someone to also bring this rediculous service to an end. Waiting with anticipation. Zero accountability
