Absa deceased estate is ineffective

Absa deceased estate process and department is ineffective, emails and calls goes unanswered, not sure if it's inhumane or they lack empathy. Submitted all required documentation at one of their branches in JHB, was then told that they have sent the documents through and I will be contacted, I was never contacted until I had to follow up with them via emails and calls and no seems to provide a clear indication on when I can expect the funds to be released shoukd they respond to your email, you will be asked to confirm something irrelevant, only for them to go awol again ( delay tactics) not to mention that with Nedbank the funds were released immediately when I left their branch so I dont understand what seem to take absa so long considering that this is a simple estate, just savings account and a will ? It shouldn't take months and weeks to be finalized. It's very disappointing for such a big institution! And draining for beneficiaries.
