Absa Deceased Estate Intake a Shambles

I have been battling to get assistance from Absa on a deceased estate intake since February last year. I took a chunk of my work day just calling them on Friday. When I called, their phones went unanswered or I was referred to someone who could not assist. I tried calling the manager Lebo Mbuyane and their department with no success. Since Absa decided not to proceed with the estate (i.e. no money to be made by them since it's a small estate), they renounced and I was promised a letter with details of the Master's office where the renunciation letter, will and death certificate would be sent. I have been patiently waiting for this letter (so we can get an executorship letter from the Master) with no success and the delays are burdensome on our family as we cannot even change ownership or renew license discs on the family vehicles. This is completely untenable. I have been an Absa client since 2012 and I have numerous accounts with them, including VAF, credit card, loan accounts, car insurance and an investment account. But since I have observed how they treat their clients when they see that there's no money to be made from them, I'm thinking of moving my accounts and money elsewhere.
