ABSA deceased estate Impossible to deal with

absa deceased estate department is the worse department , my dad had an account with absa after he passed on we submitted all required document to ABSA in January 2022 , almost 7 month later the documents are still with FICA department for verification , note this is not even a policy . even if you escalate nothing will happen. i feel pity for those with transactional account with ABSA should they die their estate will take 3 years because Absa transactional account with R500. shame on you ABSA
