ABSA Deceased estate

We recorded my fathers passing at ABSA in July 2021. Numerous visits and emails which I have proof of as well as visits has not brought me any closer to finish my fathers estate. The will was submitted this is such a small estate that this is unacceptable. We are still struggling with the passing and now we need to sit with this problem only causing more heartache for my family.

Everything is standing still. I tried calling again after 10 minutes the automated system said 5 minutes I gave up it keeps on being 5 minutes.

I am truly going to take this further. This is unacceptable and inhumane.
