ABSA DECEASED ESTATE DEPARMENT - PATHETIC !!!

ABSA Deceased Estate Department (actually ABSA in general) is the worst service you will ever receive. The Deceased department is justifiably named that as everyone one working there is deceased. I have now for weeks requested a cession cancellation letter from them and ****, nothing happens. No response on email, and call center just keeps on saying the case has been escalated!!!

Not even deserving the one-star rating!!!
