Absa Deceased Estate

On the 10th of March we went to Absa in Three Rivers where we did all of the paperwork for my mothers deceased estate. They gave us the reference number and told us that it will take 2 months to complete, We have been calling for the last 3 months and every time they tell us that the query has been escalated. We called again this morning with the reply that there is a back log and that we need to call again in 2 weeks. Every time we call we get the run around.
