Absa refuses to close my brother account although my mom as Executor appointed by the court requested to close the account Executor went in personally to ABSA They have many stories now latest is that the power of attorney I have has to be amended Why This ...Isn't the Executor letter more than enough Hope someone can tell us where to report this ABSA departme to

15 Jul 2022, 15:01We still awaiting feedback why Mrs Muller as Executor struggles to close account and estate asks for power of attorney she 80 years old lost her son She went herself to Absa with Executor letter.Can someone explain this?but they keep asking for power of attorney that she gave.... for her other son .Basani Hlungwane we need feedback why ? She went to branch herself with Executor letter
