ABSA Deceased AVAF FROM HELL

I have been waiting more than a month to recieve my late mothers car statement so I can complete claims and get letters of authority, institutions are cancelling my applications because I am taking too long. Next thing they're going to come to me and tell me how the car is in arrears. A lady by the name of Angeline keeps calling me asking for reference numbers and attachments that I sent many emails ago and the only response I get from her is that she's going to check, it's been 3 Mondays since she promised to send it on the following Monday!
