ABSA DEBTREVIEW DEPARTMENTIS ABSOLUTELY USELESS

Good day I want to report that ABSA debt review dept is absolutely useless. On friday 2022-09-23 i went to an ABSA branch to try and recover money that was accidentely paid into my absa tjeque account. I was told to sent an email to ***. After sending emails on Monday and Teusday i have not recieved any communication from the department. Can you please assist as ABSA is absolutely useless. Thank you in advance Pieter Brink
