ABSA Debt review process not working

I have an account with ABSA and had an overdraft of about R20,000.00 I was owing. I then went on Debt Counselling and the account has been on debt review since 2012. To date an amount in the excess of R31,000.00 has been made against the account and yet the account is still in areas. The latest statement I was sent was more than R13000.00 I still owe on the account.<br> <br> There are monthly charges in the excess of R400.00 every month on this account. I find this unacceptable as I have paid way beyond my original debt yet I am still owing almost the same amount I started with.
