ABSA Debt Review Dept non existent

I voluntarily canceled our debt review back in 2011 and the required documents was sent to ABSA Debt Review dept to do the removal.Low and behold no action was taken and we remain on debt review.What a mission it is to get them to do their jobs, they under the impression they are doing you a favour.It is sad that people cannot apply their minds or use common sense. Appalling service doesn't even describe the service I received.
