Absa debt review department useless - refuse to refund my salary

Absa debt review has nou empathy or sense of urgency. I requested a refund of my salary from my cheque to absa savings account. I don't know since when it apparently takes 5 days. This is my salary we are talking about and I need access immediately to pay for my medication. Cheq Acc ***. The first consultant said this morning at 9am I will have access later today. When I followed up I was told it can take up to 5 days because it all goes to a processing centre. Clearly your new ways are not working and has a negative impact on people's livelihood. Please just release my salary so that I can pay for my needs.
