Absa Debt Review department a disgrace

I called this morning 11:35 and again 14:40 Gabriel was the second person I spoke to today at ABSAs Debt Review Department. The Team leader was once again busy (apparently not at her work station) as I called earlier requesting my salary be transferred from my Cheque account at Absa which I no longer use. As an ex-employee I know the money can be released immediately. I have a bond to pay today to avoid a late penalty of R2000. Why does ABSA think they can decide what happens to peoples salary it is absurd to say the least. They don't listen to reason . this morning I was told it could take up to 3 days. What do they expect people to live from if I needed by salary this morning already to buy food.

Absa is by far the worst bank and I'm experiencing it now that I'm no longer an employee. You are the most expensive with the highest unsecure lending rates. With employees who lack competence and empathy.

Please release my salary immediately as requested. It's not that difficult .It may not be standard procedure but non of you will die doing an override.
