ABSA Debt Review department

I was under debt review and have paid up my accounts. My debt councilor sent ABSA all documentation as proof that I'm no longer under debt review on the 28th September 2020. I have been trying to get ABSA to remove my debt review status on my homeloan in order for me to change the banking details to my personal name. No one comes back to you or when they do come back its answers to questions I never even asked. I need ABSA to urgently remove the debt review status from my name. You get promised phone calls which never happens and think this is quite pathetic. I suppose the only way I can get a phone call from ABSA is maybe to miss a payment ................ then I can guarantee a phone call from ABSA
