Absa debt relief - handed over
I have two personal loand with ABSA - and I have to stress that I have not ONCE missed a payment on either one of them.
I accepted the three month payment relief on both. Now Attorneys are phoning me - telling me that my account has been handed over?????
really ABSA - this is unacceptable on so many levels.
I want this sorted out immediately!!!!!!

15 Jul 2020, 16:11I was sent an e-mail Nthabiseng that I would be contacted by 15 July. Her phone is constantly busy - can't get through. Sent an e-mail again today. No reply.
This is not nice. They ***** up and I get a bad credit record. Now I have to plead to get the problem resolved.
