ABSA Debt collectors

I had the unfortunate event of losing my income 2 years ago, and a company of ****ming me out of my pension fund as well all savings. Leaving me with a extremely huge amount of debt. At this stage of my life i am struggling for a decent monthly income to just survive. I have lost my vehicle, most of my furniture, and the bank is busy selling my house. I know i owe ABSA a lot of money and i am trying to pay the debt collectors what i can, howerver, Absa uses a debt collector called Anders TJ, who is extremely rude on the telephone and is not willing to understand the situation. I receive 5 to 6 emails per day, when they call you, it is bombastic and even put the phone down in your ear. All the other companies and debt collectors are understanding. I received R8000 today, i have to pay 7 debt collectors, plus my living costs, they just refuse for anything less than the amount i need to pay, otherwise i am being threatened the whole time with the sherrif. Please can i make direct contact with ABSA to get these people out of my life. The Daly goup ABSA is also using, is much more professional and understanding.
