ABSA Debt Collector

Hi there, My name is Ndileka Ndzolo had account with AVAF and my account was in arrears then was handed over to FS Tracer which i believe is ABSA external debt collectors. I have been communicating with this one debt collector that was assigned to my account and this guy was very aggressive and intimidating after i have failed to stick to the arrangement that i have made with me. He then rock up to my work place today on the 29 June2021 to come and collect the vehicle with out sending me an official notice letter from the bank or Court order. However i was offsite when he arrived at my workplace. I was then contacted by our receptionist on my cellphone to say that there is someone there looking for me and demanding to see my boss. I have made contact with him informing him that i a m currently in a meeting and will be back in the next 2hrs. He then aggressively demanded to speak to my boss with regards to my personal matter of which he was allowed to see my boss, there he went on and discuss the whole situation of my account with my boss. and thereafter my boss contacted me and informed me of the situation and that the guy is aggressive demanding to see me and get the car.

I have felt so humiliated and that my rights are so violated as the ABSA customer. Upon on my arrival at my workplace everybody that was around the reception area new about my business.
