ABSA debiting insurance off bond account

Can someone please assist. I've sent numerous emails ! No explanation ! We have an existing Absa bond. We have Absa life insurance which gets debited with our bond every month. Then the other day I requested a detailed billing from homeloans. On my statement I noticed they debit our bond account once a year with two amounts adding to nearly R30 000 per year. Now why debit our bond account if already coming off our debit order monthly... Then also this effecting the interest on our homeloan. Can anyone please advise. We are also now selling the home so need urgent answers.
