ABSA debiting closed bond account !

I have had an bond with ABSA for more than 24 years , I paid this bond up in full around October 2023 and asked for them to confirm, They had to pay back some insurance money of R17000 ,however I had to pay the given amount first ,so I did and they paid theR17000 and it was confirmed By Brunell and Chepo ! Last month they sent me a letter to say I now owe +_ R6500 on this bond ,I was under the impression this account was a thing of the passed . It was fully paid up , then they debited the account around February without my knowledge with some Dred disease cover starting the ""You owe Us money again " ,It seems impossible to stop . I expect them to have first consulted with me before debiting the account, asking first if I still wanted this and then to have started a new form of payment. I want this account closed and paid up! with this Dred disease cover canceled !
