ABSA debit OVERCHARGE
I have had a good experience so far with ABSA, but I am appalled by what they did recently. I have been paying extra each month for all my debits, instead of debiting the standard amount for March, they debited R1300 extra, without any explanation.
Now I have had to reverse the debit, which puts me in bad light with my bank and cost me an extra R40 fee for the reversal. STOP BEING SKELEMS man.
Immediately after the reversal I paid the normal amount via eft, but still I have incurred R40 costs and bad reputation with my bank. NO MAN. You can do better.
