Absa debit orders
I went shopping yesterday 13 December 2019, my debit card was declined due to insufficient funds, went to a Absa branch, and a Refusionas debit order can me of my account for the balance I had left, so how safe is our money with Absa, I am going to close my account and move to another bank, how can debit order gets deduction without my authorization
