Absa debit order nightmare

Where do I start? Absa is giving me sleepless nights. Yesterday 15 February 2019 and unauthorised debit order when through again using this so called absa NAEDO service which makes it difficult for one to reverse the debit order at the comfort of their own home.

Absa seems not to worry about its clients. Last time I was told to go to the bank to sign a fotm so that these debit order don't take place. Abd I asked why because I never authorised any of these debit orders. And to top it up I was told that this procedure is no guarantee that this will not happen again.

I am sick and tired of absa I am going to change banks and I won't suggest this back to anyone thus is really frustrating.

Get rid of NAEDO TRACK system or you are going to loose clients. And I'm one of them.
