ABSA DEBIT ORDER FRUSTRATION

I had a revolving loan with ABSA payment arrangement was via Debit Order, I managed to settle my loan end of May 2021 by a direct payment of R49k via my Cellphone banking, the next day I tried calling the ABSA Contact Centre to have the account closed and debit order cancelled, I have spend the entire day on the phone trying to get help no one was able to assist I was given a (021)*** number to call this is after I have been calling the *** numbers that was provided through the mail I send to the bank since they also couldn't help me.

The next day I decided to go to the bank as the Contact Centre was not helpful I couldn't get help from the bank and was given the (021) number again to call since they are not picking up the call, this was after I have spend 45 minutes at ABSA Norwood. If the bank is unable to close the account and cancel the debit order that they have set up who is supposed to help me?

Thank you for the prompt response though I am not happy that you still came back to me with another reference number which means another debit order will go through my account though settlement has been done. I do not need you to provide me with specific contact numbers just escalate this request to someone who can cancel the debit and confirm that the account is now closed and debit order cancelled.
