Absa debit order fees under covid relief
My husband app**** for covid 19 relief on his credit card and personal loans which was approved. But in the mean time absa still tries to deduct the debit order which is obviously unsuccessful and then they charge R150 per debit order that was unsuccessful?? We understood that qt no fees will be charged for this as he is on the relief plan??

On the 1st of June 2020 this happened again after you wrote back the charges for April and May 2020 that was deducted incorrectly. R150 + R150 + R100 needs to be reversed AGAIN. I emailed the person who dealt with the case but received absolutely not feedback.
