ABSA debit - not resolved - no feed-back

On my Absa cheque account an amount was debited for a DIPHOLO TRADING I've enquired about it on the 7th of August

Please enquire about transaction on 3 Aug for the amount of R55.00 Diphoolo Trading Do not know this company

A C M Botha

********** 019

Please do NOT call me on my cell, only office number

1st Absa said I used my card for this transaction as a pin was used, apparently at a pharmacy I've requested to see the card slip as I don't use pharmacies other than Clicks Then eventually Absa via email on the 31st of Aug told me they will give feed back Dear Mrs Botha

We refer to the email below regarding the disputed transaction for DIPHOLO TRADING

Kindly note the previous email has incorrect follow-up/feedback date, we apologise.

Feedback will be provided by 23 September 2018.

Thank you for contacting us and we hope that your dispute will be resolved successfully.

Kind regards

Millie Seziba Consultant: Disputes Telephone: *** BOTHAAC661 I've emailed 2x after that - no response and still my account is not credited The amount is not what bothers me, what bothers me is that if Absa can debit my account with R55.00 and they have e.g 1mil customers and they debit all their customers just once, it is R55million in their pockets When Absa's consultants phone, you can authorize all new business via telephone, just try to cancel your over draft or increase your payment amount towards your loan, then you have to visit a branch!! double standards
