ABSA dear ABSA, Strange offering.

I am with ABSA for many years, i have a cheque account and a credit card. the debit interest rate on my cheque account is good, while on the credit card it is very high. i won't mention the interest rates, i will refer to it as "A". Currently my overdraft interest rate on my cheque is "A" %, while on my credit card it is "A" + 7% i have app**** to increase my cheque overdraft limit and decrease my credit overdraft limit. ABSA came back to me with a cheque overdraft interest rate of "A" + 8. i complained heavily asking the lady if she thinks i am stupid to accept a higher rate for the cheque than what i have on my credit card currently. I ask her to lodge a complaint for me telling ABSA i want feedback and i am angry with them. This happened about a month ago, never heard from ABSA, what a pathetic service.
