ABSA deaceased estate department Suck

ABSA deceased estate dept run by Anelda Coetzee are just not there when it comes to customer service. I had to wait 19:34 min on the phone just to get a consultant. I dropped the phone. Really. I went to ABSA in our town and lo and behold I was informed that my fathers estate does not exist. WTH. Will you recommend it to any one to have a will done at this bank? Oh gosh no way. To sit and wait for a phonecall to be attended to. No Way.
