ABSA DAYLIGHT *******
Daylight ******* with the bank charges, R1800, cash fee, money that was taken out of my bank account because I went to the cashier 3 weeks ago to deposit some cash to pay a loan that was in the red, The shocking thing is that it was the responsibility of the cashier to advice me to use the atm, because of the charges. And R 800 also was taken out for bank charges also. This is ridiculous bank charges, I was told if one changes from savings to chegue account your bank charges will be low. Enough is enough This is the last month I will be using Absa and so will my all my family members. I am going bank to Capitec where the service is more efficient and you have value for money.

06 Oct 2023, 12:21The branch manager of Richard's bay called me the next day not impressed about the reflection of Absa Richard Bay which paints a dark picture of ABSA itself, promising me that he will look into the matter personally and resolve it and call me back by the afternoon.
It's been 2 days later, no response, think he completely forgot about the issue.
