ABSA

I've been waiting the whole day for assistance with regards to ABSA debiting from my account when my vehicle account has been settled off by my Insurance.

I have been told after numerous calls to ABSA that I would get a call from them. Up till now I have not received any call or feedback. I have also spoken to the complaints division and still no happiness.

I need my money back into my account today. I have debit orders that's going to go off and 1 of them is my insurance. If that must bounce that will be a bad reflection on me
