Absa

WORST SERVICE EVER , been with the bank for 30yrs , went to CAPE town branch to withdraw cash , was told i cant get the money as they have telled up already ...SHOCKED BY I TRY ANYWAY , i proceed to go to the teller , who then tells me my ID isnt valid ( I HAVE RICA AND FICA AND I EVEN GOT MY FINGER PRINT ON THE SYSTEM in canal walk)and get sent to a other branch .no service at the other branch ,staff are joking and clients are waiting ...supervisor on duty as usefull as a cement parachute ...NOT THE FIRST TIME I RECEIVE such pathetic service from ABsa will be my last tho ..u cant keep people ransom for there cash...
