On 11.09.2020 I queried a deduction on my savings account at an Absa branch. The inquiries officer was very helpful and referred my query per email to absacost division. On the same day I received their emailed reply :

Dear nonamegiven Your case has been closed. Please provide feedback on the service you have received. At Absa, we are committed to giving you exceptional service. Kind regards Absa Costing
