Absa customer service pathetic

Never ever will I recommend absa banking to family and friends. This has been one of the most prolonged issues and worst customer service ever. Not only do I feel that I've been cheated, I also feel that so much time has been wasted just to get issue resolved. I've posted about them before here and after attention, they agreed to have my branch sort it out so that I could remove my post. Only yesterday I was given a resolution that would not benefit me at all!! I'm not one to complain over things but clearly this aint a bank for service. My own branch could not resolve the issue after being years a loyal client. Definitely leaving this bank soon!
