ABSA customer service non existent!!!!

I am trying to reach ABSA Bank as a customer but this is like trying to find a needle in a haystack!!!!.Not really good customer service. Abroad at the moment and need the Bank to release money that is payed to me, trying to mail and everything they can’t phone me.Like I said good luck reaching this people.
