ABSA customer service is useless

ABSA proudly tells clients they are important but it does not train their staff to deal wit their "important clients". I am trying to effect a power of attorney and NOBODY at ABSA kows what to do and sends me from pillar to post. Here's a challenge ABSA - get someone to contact me so ABSA can show me how important a client really is.
