ABSA Customer service is the worst
ABSA's customer service is absolutely up to s h i t.
I have been struggling to change my Vehicle Finance debit order since June 2018. When sending an email to the address they gave me, I get an email back saying the mailbox is full, nevertheless, we are almost in February 2019, and still there is no answer to any of my emails, and they cannot change my debit order via telephone. I'm closing the account from which the debit order is going off (might I say I had to keep this account open for this debit only), so dare to tell me I did not pay for my car after I tried numerous times to change the debit order(with proof), you will find yourself in a situation.

06 Feb 2019, 13:56So they rep****, said it will be sorted out on Monday 4 February. Still nothing. Apparently the need more time... As if 9 months is not enough. I am now fed up with this utter useless service. I would not recommend anyone use this company for Vehicle finance because the after sales service sucks!
