ABSA Customer experience is the worst
The ABSA branch in Gateway Umhlanga is by far the worst place to go for assistance. The wait time is ridiculous as if some of us don't work and their under staffed.
Imagine having only 1 consultant sitting at the counter who already seems inexperienced and continiously calling for help.
Such a waste of time and such poor service
