Absa customer care disgusting

I would actually give zero. My personal loan was double debited. I went to Absa Northmead Square and they did not assist me. The host is very impatient and very sarcastic. I was given a phone to call absa lersonal loans guess what I wa taken from pillar to post when I finally reached the collections department the agent hung up on me when I requested for answers. I am very disappointed and I am changing banks as soon as possible. To date money has not been returned to my account. I have service providers that I need to pay. I'm now in arrears because absa decided to take my whole salary . I'm very much disappointed at absa northmead square. To add on that they called me Friday morning advising my card will be delivered today because 1st of the month it will be expired. Card not delivered. Absa please advise who is going to pay interest charged on providers I did not pay because you decided to double debit me and not even an apology was sent. How do I do my basic needs. I have an infant who needs diapers and I cannot buy them because my money is sitting with you guys.
