ABSA ******** Complaint

Good day

I am not happy with your service and the crime level that happens in your branch ABSA Soshanguve plaza.

On the 02nd of March 2020 my father visited your branch ABSA Soshanguve plaza between 13h00 – 14h00 where he withdraw R22,500 from your teller. The teller kept on living the teller point going to the back office for unknown reasons. When my father left the bank he went straight home, upon his arrival at home a strange car was parked two houses away from our home. He opened the gate and drove the car inside the yard, Just when he switched his ignition off two men armed with two guns where standing by his car door demanding his money and cell phone. He tried to fight them and he was eventually shot and was admitted in hospital high care for two weeks

This events are alarming and very much of a concern taking into account that this people did not follow him home, he actually found them waiting two houses away from our home. There is a syndicate operating in your branch that almost got my father ****ed and as a family we demand answers. My father is 60 years old with his own medical difficulties and he now has to deal with a gunshot trauma. I need contact from you with an investigation plan of this crime.
