ABSA Cresta Mall lacking management and service
Stood for a whole hour at ABSA Cresta Mall, 2 consultants at work 4 people in queue incl a pensioner. Stood for a whole hour, 2 other pensioners walk-in and jumps the queue??
Cater for the pensioners by all means, have chairs and everything else at hand for them BUT do you not care that the salary workers have limited time?
Why does your branch manager not manage the work flow? Do you really expect me to spend 2hrs in line to reverse a mere R160 credit card transaction? In 2020? Really??
