ABSA CRESTA MALL is a joke.
ABSA Cresta is like a social club. Over 1 hour to collect a CC only to return few minutes later because the chip not working. Two tellers talking about everything else but banking with the clients. There is no order in that bank. They walk around with their hands in their pockets while people sit frustrated in the queue. Whoever the manager is you not doing your job.
