Absa CRESTA MALL

Approximately 2 weeks ago during the SASSA debacle i was charged with 3 x R10 declined fees while trying to pay for electricity for my enbaya meter. I was at my favourite SPAR in NORTHWOLD at this time - - unbeknown to me whe attemoting these payments I was being charged R10 per transaction each time - - as there had been LIADSHEDDING at the time I was totalky unaware of the transaction charges until later when checking if the payment had been successful in order to kerp my electricity on. I then paid a visit to ABSA CRESTA - MY BANK - TO SEE BERNARD the branch. Manager who ASSURED ME that these transactions would be CREDITED BACK to my account due to the time frame of loafshedding etc etc in fact he would correct it HIMSELF!!!! TO THIS DAY THIS HAS DTILL NOT BEEN DONE & I HAVE SENT 4 EMAILS QUERYING THIS - - BUT STILL NO RESPONSE AT ALL.

I AM SO VERY FRUSTRATED AS A 72 YR OLD PENSIONER - - - I CANNOT CONTINUE TO FIGHT FIR EVERY BANKING TRANSACTION!!!!!
