Absa Cresta

I am very disappointed in Absa Cresta for they lack of no response.I app**** for a study loan but was decline instead a personal loan was approved with a ridiculous interest rate of 28%.I went to see Bernard the branch manager but he didn't show any interest in my disappointed. I then send a email to his manager Charlotte Modise that didn't even bother to reply on my email.I then log the complain on action and was contacted by Kabelo of cresta branch that was in such a hurry to close to complaint because of turn around time.So my complained was closed as unresolved. Absa what happened to your customer service are we really just numbers for you?????
