absa creditcard expire and witheld a not expired card

I called last week and arranged for my new cards to be delivered to pretoria, seeing that im going on holiday and paid for a rental car and need a good working credit card (not expired) for the rental company. I am staying and working in Mokopane. I work an hour away from town and from 6 to 5. I will be in pta on the 26 to pick it up at pretoria

On Saturday I used my Credit card and was declined with message “expired” my card date says 03/19 I tried it again at another shop and same info returned. I then called the helpline, of which I was told to go to the bank And was cut off by the operator. I called again and was assured the date was corrected on the system for 03/19 (who ever changed the date….) and it will now work. On Tuesday I then used my card, and again it came back with expired. I went to the atm to check my card and the machine withheld it. Then I called the helpline, and well…got disconnected.

I want you to fix this as I now don’t have any card available nor a linked account to use my debitcard and account credit??>?

I pay you for a service and this is what I get?

Not acceptable !!! I want my card , working until I pick up my new card and activate it.
