ABSA Credit Limits: automatic increase
Absa increased my credit limit without my permission. A consultant was extremely difficult and refused to decrease it back to what it was. Call time 14 minutes.

14 Jun 2023, 09:35Thank you. After the first consultant hung up, I phoned again and a second consultant assisted me. She was able to reset my limit. Call time 5 minutes. Total time 20mins. Metrofibre offers a call back service to customers. I think absa should too.
